Anna M. Hickey, MA, LPC, NCC
Anna Hickey is the Executive Director of Life Transitions. She is a fully licensed professional counselor with a post-Master’s education in mental health. She has a diverse professional background working with individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of presenting problems. Her specialties include anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, including intimate and family conflict. Anna provides counseling to individuals, families and couples. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents 16 years and older. In addition, Anna has combined her counseling skills with her training in divorce mediation to offer Divorce Mediation services as an alternative to litigated marriage dissolution.

JD House, LMSW
JD House is a fully licensed Masters Social Worker who earned his degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work and has over 8 years of experience working with patients and families at The Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He has experience working with teens, adults, and families coping with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, stress, family conflict, and adjustment to difficult life changes. JD takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation to identify strengths, goals, and to help build short and long-term strategies for positive change using a combination of person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. JD provides counseling to individuals, families and couples. He enjoys working with adults and adolescents 14 years and older.

Colleen Lambert, MA, LPC, NCC
Colleen Lambert is a fully licensed counselor who earned degrees in Counseling from both Oakland University and Rochester College. Working over four years at Henry Ford Health Systems, Colleen has counseled individuals and families facing grief and trauma associated with sudden loss. Additionally, Colleen has experience counseling individuals facing depression, anxiety, family and marital conflict and life transitions. Working with emotionally impaired and autistic children for Macomb Intermediate School District for over 14 years, Colleen is motivated to support children and teens as well. As a counselor, Colleen brings warmth and a calming presence; providing clients with compassion and empathy. Her approach is eclectic; tailored to each individual, and uses strategies, techniques and tools that best fit the needs and preferences of each client. Farrah Dababneh, LMSW
Farrah Dababneh is a fully licensed Psychotherapist who earned her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. She comes with 13 years of experience working with individuals and families. She has experience working with various issues including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Family Conflict, Mood Disorders, and Self-Esteem. Farrah takes great pride in her work and is dedicated to providing a relaxing space that is free of judgement or criticism. She believes that each individual has their own unique story to tell and should be able to do so in a comforting environment. Farrah uses an integrative approach combining elements from various approaches and tailoring it to each client’s individual needs. She provides Individual, Family, and Couples Therapy. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents 12 years and older. Farrah has also been trained in Divorce Mediation. She provides mediation to couples who prefer to stay out the court system and would like to decide for themselves how things like assets and child custody are split.
