Anna Hickey is the Executive Director and Founder of Life Transitions, a group practice dedicated to supporting mental health and emotional well-being. She is a fully licensed professional counselor (LPC) with post-Master’s training in mental health and extensive clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Her background includes helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship and family conflict, and life transitions.
After many years of direct therapy practice, Anna now focuses on practice leadership, clinical supervision, and professional development for the therapists at Life Transitions. She brings deep hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health care to her supervisory and consultative work.
In addition to her counseling background, Anna has specialized training in divorce mediation and continues to provide Divorce Mediation services as an alternative to litigated marriage dissolution.
Anna founded Life Transitions with a commitment to creating a practice rooted in respect, understanding, and personal growth—for both clients and the clinicians who serve them. While she is not currently accepting new therapy clients, she welcomes inquiries related to divorce mediation, practice-related questions, and referrals to help individuals find an appropriate therapist within her practice or the broader community.

Briana Ramirez, LMSW

Briana Ramirez is a licensed Masters Social Worker, who earned her degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Briana has a professional background in trauma recovery and adjustment to life difficulties. She has experience in supporting parents to learn effective strategies to address children’s difficult behaviors. In addition, she helps children in regulating their own emotions. Briana provides bilingual (English and Spanish) therapy services for individuals, families, and couples. She has experience in providing services for refugees and immigrants who are transitioning to the USA. Briana provides a client-centered approach, creating an individualized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the client. With children and youth, she uses creative interventions through the use of art, sensory activities, and play therapy, to engage her clients beyond talk therapy. Briana specializes in working with children ages 4 and older, and teens; however she also enjoys working with adults.

Colleen Lambert, MA, LPC, NCC
Clinical Therapist

Colleen Lambert, LPC is a fully licensed counselor with degrees in Counseling from Oakland University and Rochester College. She has devoted much of her career to supporting individuals and families through the challenges of grief, loss, relational challenges and life transitions.
Her extensive experience includes years of service in Hospice and Palliative Care at Henry Ford Health Systems, where she counseled those facing chronic illness and trauma associated with sudden loss. Colleen has additionally been guest speaker for Madonna College’s Nursing Program; discussing end of life management, spiritual support and care for families. Currently, Colleen provides bereavement support within the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital System.
Colleen is an active member of the National Foundation for Grieving Children, actively participates in the No One Dies Alone (NODA) program, and is a certified advanced grief counselor.

Sandra Flury, MS, LMSW

Sandra Flury is a licensed Master Social Worker, who earned her degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Sandra has a professional background in trauma informed care. She has experience assisting people develop effective strategies to address and heal from traumatic events. Sandra uses a strengths-based approach to assist teens, adults, and families to discover meaningful solutions. She has experience in providing services for sexual assault/abuse survivors. Sandra provides a client-centered approach, creating an individualized treatment plan to meet the unique needs of the client. Sandra specializes in working with clients ages 12 through adulthood. Sandra also holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice and is a Certified Yoga Instructor RYT-200 and believes clients benefit from a holistic approach to therapy.

Margareta Fiorvento is a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She provides therapy to adults, offering individual sessions and couples counseling, including support for marital and relational conflicts.

Jasmine Bailey is a limited license master social worker who earned her degree from Michigan State University. Jasmine began her career working in community mental health where she worked with children and families, providing family therapy as well as individual therapy. Jasmine utilizes a strengths-based approach and has supported families with creating individualized treatment plans to help reach their goals. She has experience in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, as well as trauma related disorders. She specializes in working with young children ages 4 and older.

Jenna Swinkowski, LLMSW

Jenna Swinkowski is a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker who earned her degree from the Michigan State University School of Social Work. Jenna has professional experience providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating trauma, behavioral concerns and emotional regulation challenges. Jenna utilizes a family-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.
